Is Newsome running?

Unread post by def_con5 »

He just vetoed a "trans right bill".
That said, I urge caution when the Executive and Legislative branches of state government attempt to dictate -in prescriptive terms that single out one characteristic -legal standards for the Judicial branch to apply," Newsom wrote. "Other-minded elected officials, in California and other states, could very well use this strategy to diminish the civil rights of vulnerable communities."

It's one thing for people to escape Newsom's oppressive policies in California, but if he were president of the United States, where do you go to escape him? Cuba? China? France? Germany?

Well, Newsome did, with one outing at The French Laundry, demonstrate that masking, social distancing and lockdowns were all bullshit.

Not a surprise since you always take symolism over substance and whatever is the worst thing for America.

Well, true.

That was basically my point; our so called leaders are unwilling to live by the same diktats that they seek to impose on everyone else.

Sure you would follow him wherever he leads you by the nose ring. He's a Communist, big C, just your type.

That's exactly what a lifelong principled conservative who only switched parties because of Trump would say.

“lifelong principled conservative”. When did I ever say that? I said that before 2016 I voted largely Republican. I’ve never belonged to a political party, so it’s impossible to switch.
