It's not...
The whole democratic party primary system is totally rigged (ie super delegates) as proven by how only the DNC chosen ones get the nod at the end. The GOP is certainly working on their system to ensure another Trump never happens again. Everyone voting in the primaries is just added to a suckers mailing list for the uni-parties to blast with requests for campaign donations to save the country from the other evil party. Rinse & Repeat.
